The days and probably also nights of the chancellor are full of appointments, but one day two DEFA films draw her interest and from then, she spends her nights in front of the television. The chancellor tries to hide her newfound passion from the ministers and government leaders. But one journalist discovers what happens outside of the government work. Nevertheless, the chancellor stands by her passion…
